Croatian Fired Casserole
A hearty casserole dish made with fired vegetables and Croatian spices, perfect for a cold evening.

Cook the Croatian sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the mixed fired vegetables to the skillet and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable broth and Croatian seasoning.

Pour the broth mixture over the sausage and vegetables in the skillet.
