French Mousse
A classic French dessert made with gelatin, whipped cream, and aerated chocolate. It's a light and airy treat that's perfect for warm weather.
Ingredients
- β1 envelope (0.25 oz) Gelatin
- β1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- β1 cup Aerated chocolate
- β2 tablespoons Dutch cocoa powder
Instructions

Soak the gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water for 5 minutes.

In a small saucepan, melt the aerated chocolate over low heat, stirring occasionally.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

In a separate bowl, mix the soaked gelatin with the Dutch cocoa powder.

Fold the gelatin mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
