Korean-Style Chicken Pasta
A fusion dish that combines the flavors of Korea and Italy. This quick and easy recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Korean-style chicken
- β8 oz Pasta
- β1/2 cup Noodlesany type of noodle, such as rice noodles or udon
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tbsp Gochujang
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Green onions
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Add the Korean-style chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.

Add the soy sauce, gochujang, garlic, and green onions to the skillet. Stir to combine.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce.
