Korean-Style Chicken Stir Fry
A keto-friendly stir fry made with Korean-style chicken and noodles. Quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Korean-style chickenmarinated in Korean chili flakes and soy sauce
- β8 oz Korean noodlesmade from rice flour
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oilfor stir-frying
- β1/4 cup Green onionsfor garnish
- β1 tsp Gingergrated
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Sesame oilfor flavor
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the Korean-style chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet and stir in the ginger and garlic.

Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the Korean noodles to the skillet and cook according to package instructions.

Return the chicken to the skillet and stir in the sesame oil.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the chicken is coated in the sauce.

Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
