Roast Chicken with Dutch Potatoes

- ●2-3 medium-sized 2 large Dutch potatoes
- ●1/4 cup 2 tbsp olive oil
- ●1/4 tsp 1 tsp dried thyme

- ●1/2 cup 1/4 cup chicken broth
- ●1/4 cup 2 cloves garlic
