Argentinian Lentil Bowl
A hearty and flavorful bowl filled with argentinian-style lentils, served with a side of sautéed vegetables.

- ●2 tbsp Light Olive Oil
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●2 cloves Garlic
- ●1 medium Red Bell Pepper
- ●1 medium Tomato
- ●1 tsp Cumin
- ●1 tsp Chili Powder
- ●to taste Salt
- ●chopped (for garnish) Fresh Cilantro

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, cook until softened (3-4 minutes).

Add red bell pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add lentils, cumin, and chili powder. Stir to combine.
