Pan-Seared Prawns with Tiger Fried Rice
A delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of Slovakia with a twist of Asian cuisine.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Light Slovakian ricepreferably day-old
- β12 Tiger prawnspeeled and deveined
- β2 tsp Buttery slovakian seasoninghomemade or store-bought
- β2 tbsp Light oilfor frying
- β1 tsp Slovakian saltor to taste
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped (optional)
- β1 Fried eggoptional topping
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and the buttery slovakian seasoning.

Stir to combine and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the seasoning.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the rice is heated through.

Return the prawns to the skillet and stir to combine with the rice.

Season with salt to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and a fried egg if desired.
