Yangzhou-Style Fried Rice with Shirataki
A twist on the classic Chinese dish, this recipe incorporates the benefits of shirataki noodles. The combination of savory flavors and textures will leave you wanting more.
Ingredients
- β1 package Shirataki noodles
- β2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
- β2 cups Yangzhou rice
- β1/4 cup Fried shallots
- β1/4 cup Scallions
- β1 tablespoon Ginger
- β1 tablespoon Cooking oil

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ginger and cook for 30 seconds.

Add shirataki noodles and cook until they start to brown.

Push noodles to one side of the wok.

Add more oil if necessary, then add Yangzhou rice to the other side of the wok.
