Brazilian Cheese Frittata
A delicious Brazilian-inspired omelette filled with cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch. This frittata is easy to make and packed with flavor.

- β1/2 cup, shredded Light, crumbly cheese
- β2 tablespoons, crumbled Brazilian cheese
- β1 (6-egg) package Frittata

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and black pepper.
