Japanese Wagyu Skewers with Teriyaki Sauce
Marinate Wagyu beef in a sweet teriyaki sauce and grill to perfection on skewers. Serve as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Wagyu beef (1 inch cubes)
- β1/4 cup Soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons Sake
- β2 tablespoons Honey
- β2 tablespoons Ginger, grated
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- β1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
- β10-12 Skewers (soaked in water)wooden or bamboo

1. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sake, honey, grated ginger, and garlic.

2. Add the Wagyu beef cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

5. Thread the marinated Wagyu beef onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
