Tiramisu Fat Bombs
A keto dessert recipe that combines ladyfingers with mascarpone cheese for a decadent treat.
Ingredients
- β1 package Ladyfingers
- β8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- β1 cup Heavy Cream
- β1/2 cup Granulated Sweetener (e.g. Swerve)
- β1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- β2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- β4 tbsp Unsalted Butter, softened

In a blender, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, granulated sweetener, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee for a few seconds on each side. They should be soft and pliable but not too wet.

In a large bowl, combine the mascarpone mixture and cocoa powder. Mix well.

Add the softened butter to the mascarpone mixture and mix until well combined.

Dip each ladyfinger into the mascarpone mixture, coating completely.

Place the coated ladyfingers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Freeze the ladyfingers for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
