Moroccan Fish Stew
A flavorful and comforting stew made with fish, Moroccan spices, and a hint of light broth.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Fish Fillets (Cod or Tilapia)Fresh or frozen
- β2 cups Light BrothLow-sodium
- β2 tablespoons Moroccan Spice MixStore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β1 medium OnionDiced
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 can TomatoesDiced, 14.5 oz

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the fish fillets and cook until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the Moroccan spice mix and cook for 1 minute.

Pour in the light broth and bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat to low and let cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.

Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
