Turkish Delight Baklava
A classic Turkish dessert made with layers of phyllo, nuts, and marzipan, perfect for special occasions.
Ingredients
- β1 package (usually 20-24 sheets) Phyllo dough
- β1 cup, chopped Walnuts
- β1 cup, crumbled Marzipan
- β1 cup Honey
- β1/2 teaspoon Cardamom
- β1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- β1/4 cup, melted Unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Thaw the phyllo dough according to the package instructions.

In a large bowl, mix together the walnuts, marzipan, honey, cardamom, and cinnamon.

Unroll the phyllo dough and cut it into 4 equal pieces.

Brush each piece of phyllo with melted butter.

Place a portion of the nut mixture onto one half of each piece of phyllo.

Fold the other half of the phyllo over the filling to form a triangle.
