Crunchy Squash Fritters

Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups, peeled and grated Squash
- β1 cup, crushed Lovely, crunchy bread
- β1/2 cup, crumbled Syrian cheese
- β2, beaten Eggs
- β1/4 cup, finely chopped Fried onion
- β1/2 tsp Salt
- β1/4 tsp Black pepper
- β1/4 tsp Garlic powder

Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine squash, bread, cheese, eggs, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.

Using a spoon, drop small balls of the mixture into the hot oil.

Fry the fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
