Bravas and Lonion Frittata
A Spanish-inspired omelette made with bravas sauce and caramelized lonion.
Ingredients
- β1 large LonionCaramelize in oil before adding to frittata
- β2 tbsp BravasHomemade bravas sauce
- β4 large Eggs
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor frying
- βchopped, for garnish Fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

Add the lonion and cook for 10 minutes, until caramelized.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper.

Add the bravas sauce to the eggs and whisk until combined.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked lonion in the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, until the eggs are set.

Remove the skillet from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley.
