Shrimp and Garlic Paella
A classic Spanish dish featuring succulent shrimp and a rich garlic flavor. This paella is a staple of Spanish cuisine, perfect for a special occasion.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Shrimppeeled and deveined
- β1 cup Spanish riceuncooked
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β4 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 cups Alchicken broth
- β2 tablespoons Ajillominced garlic
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1/4 teaspoon Red pepper

Heat the oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
