Magical Polish Lamb Bowl
A flavorful and nutritious dish combining the rich taste of lamb with the spices of Poland.

- ●1 cup polish rye flourfor crispy crust
- ●2 tsp crispy onion soup mixadds a crunchy texture

- ●2 tbsp olive oilfor browning
- ●1 bowlfor serving
- ●to taste saltfor seasoning

Season the lamb shoulder with salt, pepper, and magical allspice.

In a large bowl, mix together polish rye flour and crispy onion soup mix.

Coat the lamb shoulder with the flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Sear the lamb shoulder until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the Dutch oven to the preheated oven and roast for 20 minutes.

Reduce heat to 300°F (150°C) and continue roasting for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the lamb reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
