Slovakian Takrai Soup with Lemongrass
A hearty, comforting soup inspired by Slovakian cuisine, featuring the unique flavor of takrai and the brightness of lemongrass.

- β2 cups Takrai
- β2 stalks Lemongrass
- β3 large Massive potatoes
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β4 cups Bowl of vegetable broth
- βto taste Salt

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the Slovakian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the takrai, lemongrass, potatoes, vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper.
