Spanish Tortilla Wrap
A delicious and easy-to-make Spanish-inspired breakfast or snack using leftover ingredients.
Ingredients
- β1 Spanish tortillaUse leftover or make your own
- β1/4 cup, shredded Mature cheddar cheeseOptional
- β1 Mature wrapUse large tortilla wrap
- β1/4 cup, sliced Briny olivesOptional
- β Salt and pepperTo taste

1. Warm the wrap in a dry pan for 30 seconds to make it more pliable.

2. Slice the Spanish tortilla into thin strips.

3. Place the tortilla strips onto the center of the wrap.
