Korean-Style Sweet Potato Wrap
A delicious and healthy wrap filled with roasted sweet potatoes, crispy vegetables, and a hint of Korean spice.

- β1 cup, shredded Earthly LettuceIceberg or romaine work well
- β1 teaspoon Korean Chili FlakesAdd heat to your liking
- β2 tablespoons Sweet Soy SauceMake or buy a sweet soy sauce

Poke some holes in the sweet potatoes and roast for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.

Meanwhile, toast the wraps according to package instructions.

In a small bowl, whisk together the sweet soy sauce and Korean chili flakes.

Assemble the wraps by spreading a spoonful of the soy sauce mixture on the bottom of each wrap.

Add a roasted sweet potato half, some shredded lettuce, sliced cucumber, and any additional toppings you like.
