Melted Hash Fish Cakes
A crispy fish cake dish made with melted hash browns and a Kenyan twist, perfect for a light meal.

- β1 cup Melted Hash Browns
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1/2 cup Coconut Flour
- β2 Eggs
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- βfor garnish Chopped Fresh Cilantro

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Flake the cod fillets into a large bowl.

3. Add the melted hash browns, onion, garlic, coconut flour, eggs, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to the bowl. Mix well.
