Ingredients
- ●1/4 cup Zha Jiang Saucestore-bought or homemade
- ●8 oz Mian (Chinese Noodles)dried or fresh
- ●1 cup Midnight Beanssuch as black beans or chickpeas
- ●1 medium Onionchopped
- ●2 cloves Garlicminced
- ●1-inch piece Gingergrated
- ●2 tbsp Vegetable Oilfor cooking
- ●to taste Saltoptional

Instructions

Cook the mian noodles according to package instructions.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and sauté for 1 minute.
