Midnight Italian Fideo Wrap
A late-night twist on a classic Italian wrap, featuring a rich fideo sauce and savory meat.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Fideo
- β1/2 lb Portuguese Sausagecasings removed
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tbsp Molten Chocolate
- β2 tbsp Midnight Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- β1 large tortilla Wrap

Heat the midnight olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the Portuguese sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the fideo to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the molten chocolate to the skillet and stir to combine.

Season the mixture with salt to taste.

Warm the wrap in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.

Spoon the fideo mixture onto the center of the wrap and fold the bottom half up over the filling.

Fold the sides of the wrap in towards the center and roll the wrap up tightly.
