Midnight Falafel Crumble
A twist on the classic falafel, crumbled and seasoned to perfection for a midnight snack.
Ingredients
- β1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
- β1 small onionfinely chopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 package falafel mix
- β2 tablespoons coconut oil
- β1 teaspoon paprika
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1 cup crumblestore-bought or homemade

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, falafel mix, paprika, and salt.

Mix well and mash slightly with a fork to create a crumbly texture.

Heat coconut oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Using a spoon, drop small balls of the falafel mixture into the skillet.

Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Transfer the falafel to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

While the falafel is baking, mix the crumble with a pinch of salt.

Once the falafel is done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with crumble.
