Pan Seared Mushroom Tart
A savory tart filled with sautéed mushrooms and a hint of earthy flavor. Perfect as a side dish or light lunch.
Ingredients

- ●1 sheet, thawed tarthomemade or store-bought
- ●1 tablespoon earearl grey tea-infused olive oil
- ●1 tablespoon woodchopped wood sorrel leaves
- ●1/4 cup braziliandiced brazilian cheese (such as queijo minas)
- ●1 teaspoon mightydried thyme
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the tart sheet and place on a baking sheet.

In a pan, heat the earl grey tea-infused olive oil over medium heat.

Add the mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the chopped wood sorrel leaves and cook for an additional minute.

Sprinkle the diced brazilian cheese and dried thyme over the mushroom mixture.

Pour the mixture over the tart sheet, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Fold the edges of the tart up over the filling, pressing gently to seal.
