- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tsp Mild Azifa Spice Blend
- β1 tsp Spicy Azifa Spice Blend
- β1 cup Red Lentils
- β4 cups Vegetable Broth
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 tsp Salt

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onions, ginger, and garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent.
