Spicy Indian Chickpea Curry

- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 can Chickpeas (chana masala)
- β2 tbsp Chana Masala
- β1 tsp Spicy mildly indian curry powder
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- β2 cups Water

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in chana masala and curry powder and cook for 1 minute.
