French Berry Tart
A classic French dessert featuring a flaky crust, fresh berries, and a hint of mint. Perfect for warm weather gatherings.
Ingredients
- β1 sheet (homemade or store-bought) Minty Pastry Dough
- β2 cups Fresh Berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- β1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- β1/4 cup Tart Confectioners' Sugar
- β1/4 cup Mint Leaves

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the pastry dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Transfer the dough to a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.

Trim the edges and press the dough into the corners of the pan.

Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork to prevent it from bubbling up during baking.

Line the crust with parchment paper and fill with pie weights or dried beans.

Remove the parchment paper and pie weights or beans.

Arrange the fresh berries on top of the tart.
