Quesadilla Filling with Mediterranean Twist
A flavorful quesadilla filling made with a hint of Mediterranean spices and a tangy kick from mustardy sauce.
Ingredients
- β1/4 cup enchilada saucemild
- β8 oz chewyshredded cheese
- β2 tbsp mustardysauce
- β2 tbsp mediterraneanolives, chopped
- β4 quesadillatortillas
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

In a bowl, mix together enchilada sauce, mustardy sauce, and chopped olives.

Add shredded cheese to the bowl and stir until combined.

Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle a quarter of the cheese mixture onto half of the tortilla.

Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until the other side is crispy.
