Baked Pecorino Gratin
A rich and creamy Italian-inspired side dish featuring a blend of pecorino cheese and gooey gratin.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups, shredded Pecorino cheese
- β1/4 cup, shredded Gooey cheese
- β1/2 cup, shredded American cheese
- β1/4 cup Mustardy cheese sauce
- β1/2 cup, shredded Gratin
- β2 tablespoons Butter
- β1/4 cup, chopped Fresh parsleyoptional

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pecorino cheese, gooey cheese, and American cheese.

In a separate saucepan, make a mustardy cheese sauce by melting the butter over low heat and whisking in the grated mustardy cheese.

Pour the cheese sauce over the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.

Spoon the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with the shredded gratin.
