Chinese-Style Pork Chops
A flavorful and easy-to-make Chinese-inspired dish featuring pork chops in a savory mustard sauce, served with a crispy wrap.
Ingredients
- β4 pieces pork chops1-1.5 inches thick
- β1/4 cup mustardy saucestore-bought or homemade
- β4-6 wraps indian wrapfor serving
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor frying
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the pork chops and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned.

3. Transfer the pork chops to a plate and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

5. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
