Pan-Fried Jiaozi with Pickle Slaw
A Chinese-inspired recipe that combines the flavors of pan-fried jiaozi with a refreshing pickle slaw.
Ingredients
- β1 package jiaozistore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup picklessliced
- β2 tablespoons rice vinegarfor pickle slaw
- β1 tablespoon soy saucefor jiaozi
- β1 tablespoon vegetable oilfor pan-frying
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the jiaozi to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

While the jiaozi is cooking, prepare the pickle slaw by mixing together the sliced pickles, rice vinegar, and grated ginger in a bowl.

Once the jiaozi is cooked, remove it from the skillet and add the chopped green onions to the skillet.

Cook for 1 minute, until the green onions are wilted.
