Crispy Roti with Beef Suet Filling

- β1/2 cup Beef Suet
- β1/4 cup Nice Beef
- β2 tablespoons Crispy Oil
- βto taste Salt

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the beef suet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the nice beef and cook until heated through.

Season with salt to taste.

Warm the roti pieces in the microwave or in a dry pan for a few seconds.

Place a piece of roti on a flat surface and spoon the beef suet mixture onto one half of the roti.

Fold the roti in half to enclose the filling.

Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan over medium heat.
