Traditional Dutch Pancakes

- β1 box pancake mix
- β2 large eggs eggsbeaten
- β1 cup milkwhole milk
- β2 tablespoons buttermelted

1. In a large bowl, combine grated potatoes, pancake mix, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
