Peruvian Causa Rellena de Papa

- ●1 package causa Peruvian corn flour
- ●1 medium nice red oniondiced
- ●2 cloves nice garlicminced
- ●1/4 cup nice fresh cilantrochopped
- ●1 small peruvian ají amarillo pepperdiced

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Bake the limena potatoes for 45-50 minutes, or until they're tender.

3. Scoop out the potato flesh and mash in a bowl.

4. Add the causa, red onion, garlic, cilantro, and ají amarillo pepper to the bowl. Mix well.

5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
