Tart Pudding
A sweet and comforting tart pudding made with nourishing ingredients.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Whole wheat flour
- β1 cup Cocoa powder
- β1 box PuddingEnsure vegan pudding
- β1/4 cup Nourishing Canadian syrup or honey (optional)
- β1 can (14 oz) Coconut milk
- β1 cup Tart fruit (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- β1 tsp Vanilla extract
- β1/4 tsp Salt
- β1 pre-made crust Tart crust

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Roll out the tart crust and place it in a 9-inch tart pan.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder and whole wheat flour.

Add the pudding mix, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl. Mix until well combined.

Pour the pudding mixture into the tart crust.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.

Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Just before serving, top with tart fruit and a drizzle of nourishing Canadian syrup or honey (if using).
