Thai Chicken Stir Fry
A quick and easy Thai-inspired chicken stir fry made with a variety of vegetables and a tangy sauce. Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a delicious and nutritious meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 medium onionsliced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 medium bell peppersliced
- β1 cup snow peastrimmed and sliced
- β2 tablespoons soy saucefor stir-frying
- β1 tablespoon honeyfor sweetness

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
