Saudi Arabian Chicken Pasta

- β250g penne pastadried
- β150ml mild saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 tsp arabian spicesmix of cumin, coriander, and cinnamon
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor cooking
- βto taste saltfor seasoning
- βto taste black pepperfor seasoning
- βchopped fresh parsleyfor garnish
