Thai Penne Pasta Delight
A flavorful and nutritious Thai-inspired pasta dish made with mild and nourishing ingredients. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Penne pastagluten-free
- β2 tsp Mild Arabic spice blendadjust to taste
- β2 tbsp Nourishing oilolive or coconut oil
- β4-5 Saudi Arabian datespitted
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantrochopped
- β2 tbsp Lime juicefreshly squeezed
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the nourishing oil over medium heat.

Add the mild Arabic spice blend and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the Saudi Arabian dates and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until they start to soften.

Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss with the date and spice mixture.
