Smoky Malaysian Morcilla Satay
A fusion twist on traditional satay, featuring smoky morcilla sausage. Grilled to perfection, served with a side of peanut sauce.

- β1 Thai chili
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
