Turkish Rice Soup
A hearty and comforting Turkish-inspired rice soup made with nourishing ingredients. This easy-to-make dish is perfect for a cold winter's day.
Ingredients

- β4 cups Chicken brothlow sodium
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons Tomato paste
Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the uncooked rice and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the chicken broth, tomato paste, and salt. Stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes.
