Korean Pomegranate Nourishing Stew

Ingredients

- ●2 tbsp Pomegranate PasteHomemade or store-bought
- ●1 tsp Korean Chili FlakesOptional, for some heat
- ●2 tbsp Sesame OilFor sautéing
- ●3 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●1-inch piece GingerGrated
- ●2 cups WaterFor the stew broth
- ●2 tbsp Korean Chili Jjigae PasteFor added flavor

Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start browning.

Stir in pomegranate paste, Korean chili flakes (if using), and Korean chili jjigae paste.

Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
