Nutty Croatian Stir-Fry
A flavorful and crunchy stir-fry dish with a mix of vegetables and nuts, inspired by Croatian cuisine.
Ingredients
- β2 tablespoons Croatian paprikaadjust to taste
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 cup Crisp carrotspeeled and sliced
- β1/2 cup Nutty walnutschopped
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons Stir-fry sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute, until fragrant.

Add the sliced carrots and cook for 5 minutes, until they start to brown.

Add the chopped walnuts and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the Croatian paprika, stir-fry sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
