Lamb Kebabs with Mediterranean Flair
A flavorful and healthy dish featuring lamb kebabs marinated in a mix of Mediterranean herbs and spices.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb (cut into kebab pieces)preferably shoulder or leg
- β2 tbsp Olive oilfor brushing kebabs
- β1/2 cup Crushed nutty breadcrumbsfor coating kebabs
- β1/2 cup Crushed crisp lettuce leavesfor serving
- β2 tsp Mediterranean seasoningor homemade mix of oregano, thyme, and rosemary
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Fresh mint leaveschopped

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, Mediterranean seasoning, garlic, and mint leaves.

Add lamb pieces to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.

Thread the lamb onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Brush the kebabs with olive oil and sprinkle with crushed breadcrumbs.

Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to desired level of doneness.
