Moroccan Peanut Tagine
A traditional Moroccan stew cooked to perfection in a clay pot. This dish is a perfect blend of spices and flavors.

- β1 cup Peanuts
- β2 medium Crunchy Carrotspeeled and chopped
- β1 cup Nutty Apricotsdiced
- β2 tsp Moroccan Spices
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Coriander
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in a large clay pot over medium heat.

Add the Moroccan Spices, Cumin, Coriander, Salt, and Black Pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the chopped Carrots and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the diced Apricots and cook for another 5 minutes.
