- β1 block (12 oz) silken tofu
- β1 tsp midnightblack sesame seeds for garnish
- β2 tsp nuttyvanilla extract
- β1/4 cup densecoconut sugar
- β2 cups poaching liquidwater or plant-based milk

1. Preheat the poaching liquid to a simmer.

2. Drain and press the silken tofu.
