Japanese-Style Rice Bowl
A simple and flavorful Japanese-inspired dish featuring fluffy rice, stir-fried vegetables, and a fried egg.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup Nuttychopped almonds
- β1 bunch Chinese broccolistems thinly sliced
- β2 medium Bakepotatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tbsp Sesame oil

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add broccoli and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add sliced potatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Push vegetables to one side of the skillet.

Crack an egg into the other side of the skillet and scramble until cooked through.

Mix egg with vegetables.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and a pinch of salt.
