Nutty Stir Fry

Ingredients
- β1 cup Peruvian cornfrozen or fresh
- β2 tablespoons Tahinioptional
- β2 tablespoons Fry saucestore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons Stir fry oilpeanut or vegetable oil
- β2 tablespoons Nutty saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 Bell pepperany color
- β1 Onionthinly sliced
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Snow peasfresh or frozen
- βto taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of stir fry oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the bell pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add the Peruvian corn, snow peas, and nutty sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
