Turkish Kazandibi with Nutty Crunch
A traditional Turkish dessert, kazandibi is a creamy semolina pudding topped with a nutty crunch. Inspired by the flavors of Turkey, this recipe adds a delightful twist to the classic dessert.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup, chopped nuttyalmonds or pistachios work well
- β1 cup semolina flour
- β1/2 cup sugar
- β2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- β1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- β1 package kazandibi

1. In a medium saucepan, combine milk, semolina flour, and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
