- β1 can tunisian chickpeasdrained and rinsed
- β1/2 cup nutty granolahomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup velvety hummusstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp coconut oilfor roasting
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β1 tsp cuminoptional
- β1 tsp smoked paprikaoptional
- β1 tsp cocoa powderfor dusting
- βchopped fresh parsleyfor garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Toss the chickpeas with coconut oil, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper on a baking sheet.

Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
